Derek Boogaard Memorial - Derek Boogaard was one of the most beloved player in the short history of the Minnesota Wild. The impact it had on the community has come to the Board of Directors of Xcel Energy Center ice. Of course, it was hard on the ice, but Boogaard 24 jersey was a best seller in the NHL, which covers the back of hockey fans young and old. In his charity, Boogaard reached out to those who have asked everyone and everything. Support for children affected by terminal illnesses at Children's Hospital, has given money, hockey equipment, time and visibility to the families of the armed forces of our country.
